do you believe in visions? like you have a vision of your future as in you will see the death of your friend or you will see your success in the future. i think i have a predestined plan in my life but in order for the plan to fulfill itself i have to give it that bump and i think i have visions of many different things all the time.
if you believe in visions how do you think they come to a person? how do you know if you have a vision?

Well, there are certainly things deeper than we can realize. I think this was some Egyptian teaching, i just cannot precisely remember everything that i have read... If you want to understand some things that are beyond your comprehension, be silent, and don't think about anything. Then it sometimes happens that you would reach the understanding, without thinking about it at all. You know that you reached it, when you would understand. I think there was a predestined plan for me as well, but it's over now.
Or, if you are interested in things like alchemy, read the things like Emerald Tablets of Thoth, or such, there is also a lot written about vision.
-----
This is a part of the translation of the Emerald Tablets of Hermes, by Isaac Newton. Well, all appreciate his theory, but many forget where it really came from.
1. This is true without lying, certain and most true.
2. That which is below is like that which is above and that which is above is like that which is below to do the miracles of one only thing.
3. And as all things have been and arose from one by the mediation of one, so all things have their birth from this one thing by adaptation.
8. It ascends from the earth to the heaven and again it desends to the earth and receives the force of things superior and inferior.
9. By this means you shall have the glory of the whole world and thereby all obscurity shall fly from you.
10. Its force is above all force, for it vanquishes every subtle thing and penetrates every solid thing.
11. From this are and do come admirable adaptations whereof the process is here in this.
